By using this website to place an order as a registered or unregistered user, you consent to these terms of delivery and other conditions.

Delivery options

Ordered products are delivered to the customer by mail to the nearest post office or to the door (in Finland). Deliveries abroad are sent as packages. 

Delivery rates

•   Delivery to the nearest post office €4.90
•   Delivery at the door the €7.90
•    International delivery €20.00 (single orders). When ordering more than 20 items, please contact: asiakaspalvelu@thl.fi.
The fee is per order to Finland. It will be charged per each order, not per shipment, at the time of the first shipment of goods.

Delivery times

The delivery time for items in stock is 7 working days. Please allow an extra 3–7 working days for delivery to other destinations in Europe and an extra 6–14 working days for delivery outside Europe. Some products are printed on demand with a delivery time of 8 working days + the extra times listed above. 
The delivery times depend on the availability of the items you have ordered. Information on the availability is given with the product details. 
In the case of multiple deliveries for an order, items purchased will be invoiced as dispatched.
In case of substantial delays, we will inform the customer as soon as possible. The customer may cancel the order if the delivery is not completed by the set date. Registered customers can monitor the status of their orders online.

Cancelling orders

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (38/1978), the customer has the right to cancel an order or any part of the order within 14 days of receiving the first shipment of goods.  A reusable product in its original condition can be returned without costs. Delivery costs are returned if the entire order is cancelled.

If you cancel your order, please follow these instructions: 

  • Fill in the return form and include it together with the delivery documents in the package. 
  • Pack the book/books preferably in the original package and write CANCELLATION on the package.

Faulty or wrong product

Should you have any complaints about deliveries or invoicing, please contact Storia at customerservice@storia.fi

You will receive a new product without cost. If this is not possible, we shall reimburse your payment as soon as we have received the product.

Please return a wrong or faulty product following the instructions given above.
